Data deletion instructions

Geniusko connects to a Meta advertising account only with permission. We store an encrypted access token and advertising data such as spend, clicks, conversions, and campaign names, tied to the Geniusko account. We do not store a Facebook password.

Every person who uses Geniusko can ask us to delete this data, including a person who no longer has an account. A business can ask us to delete Platform Data for its account. When the account is closed, we delete the Platform Data we stored for it, unless a law requires us to keep a record.

How to ask

1. In the software, open Settings, disconnect the Meta account, and delete the Geniusko account. This removes the stored access token and the advertising data tied to that account.
2. Or email info@geniusko.eu from the email address on the account. Write that you want your data deleted. We confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

Remove access on Facebook

You can also revoke Geniusko on Facebook: Settings and privacy, Settings, Security and login, Business integrations, select Geniusko, then Remove. That revokes the token. Email us as well if you want data we already stored to be erased.
